- Every time the machine is used, pay attention to cleaning, be sure to clean the dust on the platform and transmission system, and regularly (weekly) lubricate and refuel the transmission system (x, y, and Z axes). (Note: the X -, Y -, and z-axis polished rods are maintained with engine oil; the screw rod is filled with high-speed grease; in winter, if the working environment temperature is too low, the screw rod and polished rod (square guide rail or circular guide rail) should be washed with gasoline first, and then added with engine oil, otherwise the driving part of the machine will have too much resistance and cause the machine dislocation.)
- For the maintenance and inspection of electrical appliances, the power supply must be cut off until the monitor has no display and the main circuit power indicator is off.

Repair
When the engraving machine fails to work normally, it may be due to problems in its internal components or other reasons. The following is a general introduction to the common problems.
- If one of the three shafts cannot move, check whether the drive block corresponding to the corresponding shaft is damaged. The replacement method can be used for inspection: Unplug the aviation plug corresponding to the stationary shaft and insert it into the drive corresponding to other active shafts.
- If the immovable shaft moves normally after the exchange, it indicates that the drive block corresponding to the shaft has been damaged and needs to be replaced. If the shaft still fails to move, it indicates that the cable or motor is faulty. Replace the cable or motor. All three axes cannot move. At this time, check whether the three-axis aviation plug has been connected to the control box and whether the power supply of the control box has been turned on. Whether the data cable is well connected with the control box and the control card in the computer host. If all the above are normal, please contact the manufacturer.
- The spindle cannot operate normally. First, check the error code displayed on the inverter LED display (see the error code item in the inverter manual).
