Product Description
BF-540VP is a small high speed and high-precision machining center. The workpiece can be automatically and continuously processed in a variety of processes such as milling, drilling, and tapping after one clamping. The machine tool is suitable for mirror processing of high-precision copper electrodes, optical parts, lamps, and lens molds.
The machine base and gantry beam are made of Schneeberger mineral casting, which has excellent vibration absorption and very low heat sensitivity and is the preferred bed material for ultra-precision machine tools.
The three axes are driven by AC permanent magnet synchronous linear motors, and there is no pull-touch friction before the movers and stators, so there is no wear and tear. There is no backlash, pitch error, wear error caused by traditional ball screw and bearing components, etc. The standard use can be maintenance-free for life.
All three axes are fully closed-loop position detection through the scale, with high precision and fast response.

The whole machine is fully enclosed metal, equipped with an oil mist recovery system to recover and filter the processing oil mist, which is environment-friendly and energy-saving, providing a safe and friendly production environment for the machine and the operator.
Lubrication system
The whole machine adopts pressurized centralized timing and quantitative lubrication system for the guideway and the screw, and adopts an advanced pressurized measuring system in the oil circuit for oil quantity control; it is able to adjust the oil supply cycle and oil supply quantity for each lubrication point, and realize fully automatic centralized lubrication through electrical system control. The spindle bearing and screw bearing are lubricated with advanced special lithium grease.
Cooling System
The spindle system is equipped with a cooling system as standard; two kinds of tool cooling systems are equipped as standard, namely cutting fluid cooling device and cutting air blowing device.

1) HT300 castings: Processing out of the iron crumbs are mostly in the form of strips, flakes, low dust ratio, processing surface color close to the steel.
2) Guide rail surface installation: Baofeng machine tool guide rail installation surface by high precision mother machine milling processing, and then by the imported guide rail grinding machine grinding processing, higher precision (peers basically only have milling processing).
3) Manually scraping: The rigidity and precision of our contact surfaces are higher than those of machines on the market that are ground by a grinding machine and not scraped by hand.
4) Assembly: Every step of the machine assembly is standardized, even the tightness of each screw has to meet the standard and be recorded.
5) Inspection standards: Baofeng adopts strict inspection standards to inspect the static and dynamic precision of the machine body and the whole machine.
6) Oil-water separation design: All of Baofeng's self-produced machines have oil-water separation design at the guide rail, which can extend the life of cutting fluid.
