Features
The integrated gantry structure, mainly composed of table, Gantry beam, ram, base, spindle box, hydraulic system, lubrication system, cooling, and filtering system, electric control system, and other components.
The whole machine is designed with large span support, so that the casting has the best anti-deformation structure. The fuselage design has undergone finite element analysis to ensure the stability and rigidity of the mechanism.
Base: BF-1613V adopts a double-layered box structure design, which will increase the weight by 30% compared to a single-layer structure. At the same time, the stability, deformation resistance and rigidity of the fuselage will be much higher than that of the ordinary single-layer structure.
The Y-axis of BF-1613V adopts a large-span inverted L-shaped design. The center of gravity falls on the column, which reduces the cantilever length of the ram spindle and effectively improves the rigidity of the Y-axis and the cutting rigidity of the head.
Lightweight design is adopted to ensure the accuracy and processing performance of the machine tool while satisfying rigidity and dynamic response speed.
Adopt BBT40 direct spindle, compared with ordinary BT40 spindle, the tool swing is smaller at high speed, tool vibration is smaller, the tool-pulling force is stronger, and the combination of tool holder and the spindle is more rigid. Adopting ceramic bearing, it has better precision, rigidity, and surface smoothness than a steel ball bearing.
The taper and the end face of the BBT40 spindle can fit close to the tool holder at the same time, ensuring the required tool rigidity under heavy cutting conditions.
Equipped with a short nose spindle, the tool nose position is close to the spindle fixing point for more stable spindle machining and greater rigidity.
The smaller the spindle vibration, the higher the surface processing quality, the more efficient tapping, and the longer tool life. The fastest tapping speed up to 6000 rpm, the smallest thread tooth can be tapped at M1.0.
Both the main shaft and the three axes adopt high-power motors, and the large torque brings stronger cutting force and cutting rigidity.
